Financial Security Protocol

All community capital transactions are subject to the GWH Financial Security Protocol. This protocol governs the collection, custody, and potential refund of all Founding Phase contributions.

Capital Protection Framework

The Financial Security Protocol is a structural component of the GWH capital model. It is not a promotional feature—it is an operational requirement.

  • 100% refundability of all Founding Phase community capital
  • Zero lock-up period: refund available at any point during pre-launch
  • No administrative fees or deductions on refund disbursements
  • Refund processing through Stripe payment infrastructure
  • Protocol terms codified in binding Terms & Conditions
  • Board oversight of all capital custody operations

Stripe Encryption & Processing

All GWH financial transactions are processed through Stripe, a PCI DSS Level 1 certified payment processor. GWH does not store, process, or transmit cardholder data on its own infrastructure.

Data Encryption AES-256 at rest, TLS 1.2+ in transit PCI DSS Level 1
